This was an e-Juice I had been waiting for (what seemed like) a very long time…lol As with Banana Custard, I was hoping for a simple fusion of two of my favorite Toke flavors.
As with Banana Custard, I sincerely wasn’t disappointed.
You can really taste both the delicious vanilla custard as well as the ripe, juicy fruit. Layers of both complimentary flavors in this blended delight are present on inhale and exhale…Toke’s blueberry as a single-note flavor isn’t a sickly-sweet candied concoction, it’s a great blueberry flavor reminiscent of grabbing a handful of berries themselves. The vanilla custard is one of my favorite custards, also quite notable for a very clean, crisp taste and finish. This juice brings both of those flavors into one.
There’s no distracting bakery or crust to interfere with the flavors here which is nice for a change, just a bowl of custard with a seemingly Texas-sized dollop of blueberry compote right in the center. This juice is great on straight wire builds, although really shines on a Clapton or fused Clapton coil. Vapor production is excellent, and there is little to no throat hit when dripping a 3mg strength of this great American 80+% VG liquid…keeping the throat hit under control is definitely hard to do with some blueberry juices as many vendors have found.
Toke’s Blueberry Custard is available in attractive, tall 20ml, 60ml, and 120ml plastic bottles – all of which are frankly in my experience at least 5-15ml overfilled. The entire line is great in an RDA or in RTAs…I have run both the blueberry and banana custards very often in my Goliath v1 and v2 tanks without leak or dry hit issues.
