I have made some very cool friends on the Twitter thingy (I was closing in on 1500 as I first wrote this!). In absolutely no order whatsoever, here are some very awesome people that I have generally exchanged tweets with and/or then established some sort of connection. It’s really a great medium for connecting with myriad really neat folks.
I’m sure I’m going to continue to add to this as time goes on because I keep meeting wonderful people, what a great conservative community we have in the Twitverse!
I mean…shit. It’s James F**king Woods. Even if I wanted to say more…idk Serious. F**king Business.
62. From the Great State of Texas, @SenTedCruz
Without a doubt, my favorite member of the Senate is this guy. I am from Missouri (sigh), so I definitely envy you Texans.
1337. A really cool guy I met when I was living in Florida (from the other side of the sandbar) – @treyradel
There exists a new breed of Conservative – a Hip Hop Conservative. And this is the real deal. Looking forward to more great news from #FL19. Trey’s had a…cough…problem or two recently with some pharmaceutical outreach, but honestly that just means he’s human. I’m still a really big fan.
20. Everyone needs rational perspective from an ex-NSA insider…@20committee
John Schindler helps keep things in perspective. And he and Glen Greenwald are big fans of each other, quite entertaining. If nothing else, you will learn definitively how to spell ‘committee’ chatting with him.
2 and 2. @ChuckWoolery
Hollywood checks back in again (also by way of Texas). Chuck Woolery is a big believer in Term Limits – I personally think they’re one of the most important keys to saving our beloved Republic.
14. Another friend from Florida – @ShellieBlum
Well…very few of my friends have X-Rays on their Twitter pages. If that wasn’t enough, Shellie is a wonderful woman who loves to chat and always makess time for everyone who reaches out.
5150. If you’ve heard of Pigford, you’ve heard of @Stranahan
Lee catches the ’5150′ designation because he’s currently trying to *go* to the Middle East… If there’s a story that needs to be told, this gentleman is probably chomping at the bit to get there. And yeah. That’s Ice Cream. With BACON.
187. *THE* Self-Defense Subject Matter Expert. @LawSelfDefense
Andrew came to the attention of many folks during his expert coverage of the George Zimmerman attempted railroading. His book, The Law Of Self Defense, is basically described as the first and last words on law in this area and an absolute must have if you carry – concealed or otherwise.
No list of this type would be complete without a shout-out to our Armed Forces. This group of many times unknown and often unsung heroes…we’d be nowhere without these folks consistently and dependably in harm’s way.
Thirty-ninth, from the thirty-ninth state (in alphabetical order), is the next Senator from the great state of South Carolina. We really need to help make this happen if we can – between her and Senator Tim Scott, SC will have a lot to be proud of.
333. Because everyone everywhere needs a favorite-ist person in the whole entire wide world…there’s @moxyfem
This year – well, this year makes eight (knock on wood). Ahhh, my lovely wife.
